Westover aviation charges a flat 5% commission on the final sales price of all aircraft sold. In return, the seller will receive at no additional charge, tie down space at our secure, lighted facility located at New Smyrna Beach Airport (KEVB) for a period of 90 days. Space permitting, aircraft will be moved inside in the event of inclement weather. All aircraft placed on consignment will be washed, prepped, and aggressivley marketed for a quick sale. Most aircraft sell within 30 days. All offers will be presented to the owner for consideration. If required, pre-buy inspections and annuals can be arranged.

Westover Aviation requires the folowing from our sellers.
Set of aircraft keys
All available logbooks. (a receipt for the logbooks will be provided specifying that the log books will be used for the purpose of selling the aircraft only)
Copy of insurance policy showing effective and termination dates. (policies must be kept in effect while your aircraft is on consignment).
